Please note all our staff are vetted to A0460/NTPV2 Police Enhanced level 2 allowing us to handle the most sensitive of data, our collection vehicles are tracked with our drivers never stopping en-route for the return journey ensuring adequate fuel, further we are an IS027001 Security, ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental certified company

Our service also includes individual box entry to our electronic tracking system at file level, for security reasons we use our own sign written ‘tracked’ vans, our drivers carry ID at all times never stopping on route with customer documents ensuring adequate fuel for the return journey

Documents are stored on our 1st floor holding area behind coded access doors, access is restricted to allocated staff members and management only, CCTV is in place in all key areas and steel bars are installed behind all possible entry/exit points along with 24hr police and fire service response monitoring, please enquire for further details of any of our operating procedures
