Microcopy Background
Microcopy Systems Ltd is an established company originally formed in 1988 under the name Microcopy Services Ltd, it is a private family owned limited company.
Operating from the head office located in Buckinghamshire the company concentrates on volume microfilming services both 16mm and 35mm, new and refurbished micrographic equipment, sales and support.
Microcopy Systems Ltd was formed on 7th August 2000 concentrating on developing digital scanning technology, the conversion electronically of bulk A4 documentation up to and including large format A0 documents and above whilst also continuing the supply of microfilm related services. Thirty years of knowledge and experience has allowed us to digitise all formats of source material from hardcopy documents, photographic slides, negatives, microfiche scanning, microfilm scanning and additionally onsite scanning, data capture and indexing services, box storage and scanner service and support.
Microcopy branched into scanner service and support in 2012 with nationwide engineers that are fully trained with all major scanner brands.
We offer optimum 8hr response service contracts, along with 24hr, 48 hr and ad-hoc service call out support.
Since the company was formed we have invested heavily in regard to data security both physical and electronic with further investment in all relevant accreditations necessary for total customer peace of mind such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR IASME and enhanced level staff vetting, additionally substantial investment has been placed in property for future longevity.

A large part of our daily activities are in relation to scanning and digitising for local Council’s whom rely on us on a daily basis, we further supply to the General Register Office, NHS authorities and a multitude of private sector and blue chip companies. Being a family run concern we pride ourselves with the level of service and commitment we provide to all of our customers with the belief nothing is too much trouble.
